Speed & Strength Training Academy
10-Week Summer Session

Give your athlete the competitive edge this summer with a comprehensive program focused on enhancing speed, agility, strength, power, and mobility.

Our academy is built to support youth athletes at every level, providing a high-energy, structured environment that promotes long-term athletic development. Participants are grouped by age to ensure age-appropriate progression. Athletes ages 8โ€“11 focus on foundational movement skills, coordination, and overall athletic fundamentals. Athletes ages 12โ€“17 engage in more advanced training, including strength development, explosive power work, and sport-specific drills.

Whether your athlete is just getting started or striving to compete at a higher level, this program delivers the expert coaching, training tools, and confidence they need to perform at their best. Open to athletes of all sports and experience levels.
