Speed & Strength Training Academy
10-Week Summer Session
Give your athlete the competitive edge this summer with a comprehensive program focused on enhancing speed, agility, strength, power, and mobility.
Our academy is built to support youth athletes at every level, providing a high-energy, structured environment that promotes long-term athletic development. Participants are grouped by age to ensure age-appropriate progression. Athletes ages 8โ11 focus on foundational movement skills, coordination, and overall athletic fundamentals. Athletes ages 12โ17 engage in more advanced training, including strength development, explosive power work, and sport-specific drills.
Whether your athlete is just getting started or striving to compete at a higher level, this program delivers the expert coaching, training tools, and confidence they need to perform at their best. Open to athletes of all sports and experience levels.
