The Speed and Strength Training Academy offers 90-minute group training sessions for athletes of any skill level (novice or expert) for ages 8-17.
These group sessions aim to educate your athlete on the necessary practices to improve mobility, strength, speed, agility, and explosiveness for their respective sport.
Coach Ryan takes account for every athlete’s individual skill level and capability to program them through the necessary progressions to produce optimal performance.
