Summer Sessions 2026
C&R Sports Performance is bringing a Summer 2026 Strength & Conditioning Program to Bakersfield, CA, designed to help young athletes build confidence, strength, speed, and overall athletic performance. This program focuses on mobility, strength training, speed and agility, power development, and movement mechanics in a fun, structured, and supportive training environment.
Athletes will train Monday through Thursday from June 1st through August 6th, with age-specific sessions available for ages 8โ11 and ages 12โ17.
Whether your athlete is looking to get ahead, improve performance, or stay active during the summer, this program is built to help them develop the foundation they need for long-term success.
Flexible pricing is available, and registration can be completed online!
