The Speed & Strength Training Academy offers 90-minute group training sessions for athletes of any skill level (novice or expert) from ages 8-17.
These group sessions aim to educate your athlete on the necessary practices to improve mobility, strength, speed, agility, and explosiveness for their respective sport.
Coach Ryan takes account for every athlete’s individual skill level and capability to program them through the necessary progressions to produce optimal performance.

Cash
For cash payment, you may request a cash transaction in the “Comment” section of the registration form below when you register your athlete(s). Cash exchange will take place when you drop off your athlete before beginning the session.
