Terms and Conditions

In consideration of the fee paid participant understands that there is a risk of personal injury in the course of instruction and, with this knowledge, agrees to assume the risk of any injury and damages to participant during the seminar.  

Specifically, participant agrees to hold harmless C&R Sports Performance and all other individuals, organizations, sponsors, promoters. operators, hosts, instructors, associations, schools, owners, officials, directors, employees and other participants connected with the event from all losses, damages, injuries, causes of actions, claims, or complaints in the event that the participant is damaged or injured in any way during the participation, instruction and/or performance of any exercise or during any activity associated with the event location or during transit to or from the event.  

Participant further agrees to strictly obey instructors and observe safety rules.

Because of the physical demands of physical fitness and or sport performance training the participant understands that he/ she must be in good physical condition to participate in the event Participant understands that in case of injury; the only medical treatment C&R Sports Performance will provide is first aid.  

I fully realize the dangers participating in an even of this type and voluntarily assume all the risks associated with such participation. I understand the risks include, by way of example, and not limited to the following accidents may happen while traveling in vehicles to event locations including provided transportation, carpools, bicycles, and walking. Injuries could result in concussion, broken bones, contusions, torn muscles or tendons, strains, sprains, cuts, pinched fingers, neck and spinal injuries, psychological trauma, hospitalization, and or death. I recognize that exercise is not without some risk to the musculoskeletal system and cardiorespiratory system. I understand that it is my responsibility to report immediately to any staff member if there are any signs or symptoms of discomfort and/or distress during or following exercise.  

I agree that it is my sole responsibility to be familiar with the physical and/or metal demands associated with the above-named events. With these demands in mind, I have no physical or mental condition, which to my knowledge, would endanger myself of others if l participate in this even, or would interfere with my ability to participate in the event. I also agree to abide by any established rules or regulations while engaged in this activity, and with the directions and precautions given by leaders and/or instructors. I understand C&R Sports Performance has no duty to provide any extraordinary duties or safety measures in relation to this and that l must use reason and judgment in my undertakings here under. I consent to C&R Sports Performance providing emergency first aid assistance if it is determined necessary in its discretion, and consent to C&R Sports Performance contacting my emergency contact for notification.  

I understand and expressly assume all the risks and Dangers of the activities contemplated by this Agreement, and hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue C&R Sports Performance, from all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of any damages, loss, or injury to me or to my property while participating in any of the activities contemplated by this agreement, whether such damage, loss, or injury results from the negligence of the Releases or for any other cause. I also hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Releases from any claims whatsoever on account of any first aid, treatment, or service rendered to me during my participation in the above activity. I hereby agree to indemnity and hold harmless the Releases from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney’s fees, that they may incur due to my participation in said activities, whether caused by negligence or releases or otherwise.  

I agree, for myself and my successors, that the above representations and agreements are contractually binding, and are not mere recitals. I agree that my failure or refusal to sign such agreements of releases shall in no way affect the validity of this Agreement, nor rework or cancel any of the terms of this Agreement. I or any of successors shall be liable for the expenses (including legal fees) incurred by the party or parties in defending against such claim or suit. This agreement shall not be modified orally.  

Participant agrees that any pictures, audio, or visual recordings taken of him/her in connection with the seminar can be used for publication, promotion, articles, shows and advertisement without additional consent and without compensation at this time or any other time.  

I have read and understand this release and agreement and agree to its provisions. l am not under the influence of any drugs, alcohol, or other intoxicants. I am not suffering from any illness or incapacity. I am over 18 years of age. (If not over 18 years of age, parent or guardian must consent.)
