June 1st – August 6th
Monday-Thursday
Ages 8-11 –> 9:00AM-10:30AM
Ages 12-17 –> 11:00AM-12:30PM

Whether your athlete is preparing for a sport, looking to stay active, or ready to take the next step in their development, this program is built to help them get ahead and avoid falling behind.
C&R Sports Performance is bringing a Strength & Conditioning Program designed to help young athletes build confidence, move better, and develop the athletic foundation needed to succeed in any sport. In a structured training environment, athletes will be challenged through age-appropriate training focused on improving mobility, strength, speed, agility, power, and overall movement mechanics. Each session is designed to help athletes learn proper technique, build discipline, and gain confidence in their abilities while training alongside others who are ready to work. Athletes will learn how to push themselves safely while improving the way they move and compete.
Whether your child is just beginning their athletic journey or already competing in sports, this summer program provides a motivating environment where they can work hard, have fun, and leave each session better than they arrived!
Coach Ryan takes account for every athlete’s individual skill level and capability to program them through the necessary progressions to produce optimal performance.

1. Fill out the form below, “Athlete Registration“
(For new Athletes only)
2.Receive Email Confirmation from candrperf@gmail.com !
3. Submit Payment once scheduled training dates are set
(Method of Payments are described below)
4. Prepare to train!
Dress in athletic clothing and shoes (appropriate for the weather)
Bring a water bottle (insulated is recommended)
